Kate Henderson

PRESIDENT
Kate Henderson started her career in the oil and gas industry in 2011 when she joined Bearcat Land. Working her way up in Bearcat, Kate has unique, first-hand experience in many facets of land including: title, leasing, acquisitions, divestitures, due diligence, and for the past decade years extensive regulatory matters, including compliance, offering OCC expert testimony, and litigation.
Kate is also experienced in BLM and BIA leasing and compliance including Communitization Agreements for single and multi-section drilling units. Her knowledge of the emerging carbon market within the oil and gas industry makes her a subject matter expert. Kate is also a member of AAPL, OCAPL and TAPL.
Ben Sinclair

EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT
Ben Sinclair joined the Bearcat team in 2011 after graduating from the University of Oklahoma. Ben is an accomplished project manager, drawing on experience managing large and complex acquisition projects.
His expertise in acquisition, technological tools and research give our clients a distinct advantage over their competition. He has overseen projects which include mineral and HBP leasehold title, lease and mineral right acquisition, evaluation for leasing potential, production research, acquisition and divestiture due diligence and many other aspects of land management.
Ben is a Certified Professional Landman and an active member of AAPL, OCAPL and TAPL.
